Grace: (the great paradigm shift)

what is it? What does it do, and how can I get more of it?

Paradigm, a typical example or pattern of something; a model (the lens or filter that our experience is judged through)

We are going to start by briefly talking about the nature of God and the nature of man

3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact expression of His nature, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After making purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

The Greek word here is character =an exact copy Jesus is the perfect personification of the Father. So we see that Jesus is the exact image of the Almighty God. When we read the Gospels we can discern the nature of God. Jesus always healed always loved. By closely observing Jesus we discover the nature and the will of the Father.

  1. Does this begin to change the way we see God?
  2. Man?
  3. Talk to me about the nature of man

Grace  khar’-ece
